About The Position
KLA is looking for a System Design Engineer (Product Development Engineer) to support reticle defect inspection tools in the RAPID FlashScan team in Ann Arbor, MI. The engineer will work with other engineering disciplines (software, mechanical, electrical, optical, etc.) to drive complex instrument designs of subsystems for the next generation of KLA inspection tools!
