About The Position

The Design Requirements and Analysis Engineer will be responsible for generating and verifying system and subsystem level requirements. This role involves performing requirements analysis, executing trade studies, establishing requirements traceability, preparing specifications, and managing requirements using the DOORS requirement database. The position requires application of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles and generation of Cameo models, along with interfacing with customers, suppliers, and Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• US Citizenship required.
• Willingness to work onsite in a classified lab environment.
• Familiarity with system design concepts and tradeoffs.

Nice To Haves

• Working experience in Cameo and/or DOORS.
• Experience with C++ and MATLAB is a plus.
• Familiarity with fundamentals of missile system concepts.
• Prior experience with DoD projects.
