The Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned Systems Design/Architect to join our Business Architecture team, with a dual focus: delivering enterprise-grade systems architecture and leading the design of AI powered business systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical innovation, business strategy, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with product development, engineering, UX, and business associates to outline and deploy scalable, resilient, and observable solutions that bolster our worldwide, multi-product business. The Challenge • Drive our innovation strategy and roadmap for addressing high priority opportunities. • Work with Product, Engineering, Digital Media Business Unit, UX, and others to deliver new innovative solution features. • Define solution performance targets and business impact metrics. • Partner with our internal customers to develop closed loop learning systems for continuous solution optimization. • Advocate for responsible AI practices and educate interested parties on emerging AI trends.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise systems design or relevant working experience
• Strong understanding of architecture design principles, cloud-native patterns, and business process optimization.
• Demonstrated experience with business applications powered by AI and familiarity with:
• Knowledge graphs, vector databases, language models.
• AI integration patterns (RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering).
• Agentic AI protocols (MCP, A2A, OAP)
• Strong cloud architecture literacy (Azure/AWS/GCP) and AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI).
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Gainsight).
• Excellent visual and written communication; comfortable presenting solution technology strategies to VP+

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design across initiatives to ensure scalability, performance, and resilience.
• Build and validate proof‑of-concepts with customers.
• Contribute to Architecture Review Boards and maintain architecture documentation.
• Architect and optimize enterprise applications across marketing, sales, customer success, and support.
• Integrate advanced capabilities—predictive analytics, generative AI, conversational tools, automation—to elevate engagement, revenue, and efficiency.
• Uphold compliance and responsible AI practices aligned with global privacy and governance standards.
• Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
• Partner with product, engineering, and UX to deliver innovative features.
• Champion adoption of emerging technologies and architectural improvements.
• Delivery of scalable, resilient architectures aligned to business outcomes.
• Prioritized AI use cases and updated architecture standards for AI components.
• Coordinated solution architectures across marketing, sales, and customer success with measurable ARR and efficiency gains.
