Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Systems/Data Analyst for our client in the Financial Services domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Verify the accuracy of feed files and validate them once they're in the database.
Perform data analysis and data modeling.
Work with batch processing systems for large-scale data workflows.
Utilize SQL querying for data manipulation and analysis.
Collaborate with teams to ensure effective project execution.

5+ years of Systems and Data Analysis experience within the IT field, preferably in financial services.
Intermediate to Advanced SQL querying skills (Postgres).
Experience with Insomnia or Postman.
Strong experience in data analysis, data modeling, and hands-on experience in Oracle/Postgres/other relational databases.
Experience with ETL frameworks, databases, and SQL.
Knowledge of API Development and Testing, AWS (Cloud) Implementation, and Data Design.
Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes, including Agile/Scrum/Kanban.

Experience with Snowflake data warehousing and analytics.
Experience with Swagger.
Experience in large-scale data workflows across cloud-based and on-prem environments.
Understanding of the financial services industry.
