About The Position

The Systems Architect provides expert guidance and leadership in the design and implementation of the enterprise's systems architecture. This role ensures the integration of multiple platforms and applications, establishing standards and guidelines for technology solutions that align with the organization's goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/systems environments.
• Expertise in systems planning, architecture design, and engineering.
• Proven experience leading projects and serving as a subject matter expert.
• In-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the establishment and implementation of architectural standards and guidelines.
• Design technology solutions requiring integration across multiple platforms and systems.
• Review and advise on software and hardware builds, system options, and business impact.
• Develop and document frameworks for integration and implementation of technical standards.
• Manage and assist in the development of an architecture governance process.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and mentor junior technical staff.
• Track industry trends and keep abreast of new technologies to support enterprise architecture needs.
