Requirements

Secret - IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance or Tier 3 (T3) investigation.
At least ten (10) years of experience.
Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.

Responsibilities

Design architecture to include software, hardware, and communications to support total requirements, including present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
Identify, assess, and present options for meeting functional and technical requirements, including hardware and software updates or upgrades.
Develop high-level system design diagrams.
Ensure systems are compatible and compliant with standards for open systems architectures, the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) and International Standards Organization (ISO) reference models, and profiles of standards such as the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Open Systems Environment (OSE) reference model.
Ensure compliance as standards apply to the implementation and specification of the Information Management (IM) solution of the application platform, across the application program interface (API), and the external environment/software application.
Ensure that the common operating environment is compliant.
Evaluate analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization, and planning and develop appropriate corrective action.
