The Systems and Support Analyst will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing organizational technologies to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience providing systems administration and end-user support in a multi-site or enterprise environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Solid understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications, end-user systems, and integrations between business platforms.
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure components — including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to data integrity, system reliability, and user satisfaction.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a collaborative, team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day technical support for users across all systems, applications, and hardware to ensure reliable and efficient IT operations.
  • Monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots servers, networks, and software applications to minimize downtime and quickly resolve issues.
  • Assists with system updates, deployments, and configuration changes while ensuring proper documentation and change control procedures are followed.
  • Ensures data integrity and system security by performing regular backups, patching, and proactive monitoring of critical infrastructure.
  • Collaborates with IT team members, vendors, and business users to identify recurring problems and implement long-term solutions that improve system performance.
  • Supports onboarding and training initiatives by helping users understand new technologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Actively participates in continuous improvement efforts, recommending process and technology enhancements that increase support efficiency and user satisfaction.
