About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems and Infrastructure Engineer III to join our team, responsible for providing operational support and maintenance of conference room technology across the US Central Region, as well as assisting with global conference technology operations. This role will also focus on server management, telemetry administration, product growth, and ServiceNow maintenance and integrations. Our team is focused on developing a streamlined, dependable company that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience (ADE). We also provide a variety of services such as procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. From developing HR chatbots and virtual assistants to creating invoice solutions and facilitating legal changes, we help drive efficiency across Walmart globally.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of how Unified Video communications function and operate over an enterprise network.
  • IP and Network knowledge.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Minimum: Avixa CTS certification. CTS-I or CTS-D a plus.
  • 2 years experience in A/V integrations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum: 2 years' experience in Enterprise communications as a vendor or in a corporate position or Minimum 2 years' working for AV Integrator as Field Engineer.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area.
  • Knowledge in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support and maintenance of conference room technology across the US Central Region, ensuring seamless functionality and minimal downtime.
  • Assist with global conference technology operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
  • Manage servers, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Administer telemetry systems, collecting and analyzing data to inform product growth and improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of conference technology products, working closely with product owners and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and integrate ServiceNow, ensuring efficient incident management and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
