About The Position

OTC Industrial Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic Systems & Analytics - Intern to join our Global Operations team this summer. This internship will support our Global Operations team in activities and projects such as Corporate Data Maintenance, Vendor Tax ID & ACH Information, Customer Tax ID & NAICS Code Information, New Records Creation Report for consistency, Item Master - Materials Verification, Operational Reporting, and Procure to Pay (P2P) - Coupa. The intern will assist with master data clean up prior to a supplier joining the P2P solution and troubleshoot errors related to Purchase Orders and Invoices.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Corporate Data Maintenance
• Vendor Tax ID & ACH Information
• Customer Tax ID & NAICS Code Information
• New Records Creation Report for consistency
• Item Master - Materials Verification
• Build and validate Ops reporting in solutions such as Concur, SX / CSD, Board, and DB Visualizer
• Run, format, and publish scorecards, reports, etc.
• Assist with master data clean up prior to a supplier joining the P2P solution
• Assist the P2P team with troubleshooting errors (PO and Invoice)
