Responsibilities

Conduct discovery on new projects and support product initiatives, laying the groundwork for successful implementation.
Serve as a subject matter expert for specific business systems and processes, diagnosing data issues as they arise and ensuring system integrity.
Actively participate in project sessions, diligently manage assigned work, and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for all activities.
Translate complex data insights into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders to influence and inform business decisions.
Codify and document best practices and procedures for Pando systems work to enhance efficiency and consistency.
