About The Position

The Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, configuration, and continuous improvement of our NetSuite environment and related business system integrations. This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, translate them into effective system solutions, and support day-to-day system performance. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of technical aptitude, business process understanding, and user support experience to help drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the business.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Advanced proficiency in business systems administration. Ability to configure and maintain workflows, forms, dashboards, saved searches or reports, user roles, and permissions. Experience with system troubleshooting, data validation, documentation, testing, and support of integrated business applications. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in information systems, business, computer science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting or administering business systems, ERP platforms, or related applications preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with an ERP platform such as NetSuite preferred.
  • NetSuite Certification or similar ERP-related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and support core business systems and related integrations to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
  • Configure and enhance system functionality through workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, user roles, permissions, and other application tools.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, gather requirements, and implement system-based solutions that support operational goals.
  • Support system enhancements and projects through testing, data validation, documentation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Manage user access and security across business systems, including account setup, role administration, and permission maintenance.
  • Train and support end users on system functionality, processes, and best practices to improve adoption and effective use of business applications.
  • Maintain system documentation and support data accuracy and system integrity through audits, imports, cleanup efforts, and validation activities.
