About The Position

Requirements

• Familiarity with Leankit tools and other project management software.
• Experience with Records Management and Personnel Management software.
• Basic SQL query knowledge.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and Microsoft Power BI.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and ServiceNow software.

Responsibilities

• Configure applications used by law enforcement personnel.
• Troubleshoot issues and document business processes.
• Gather requirements and design solution architecture.
• Create application enhancements and extensions.
• Test applications and assure quality.
• Document technical, operations, and maintenance activities.
• Communicate with business customers regarding system status.
• Install, maintain, and customize vendor-built application software and database management systems.
• Provide professional technical advice on project and service delivery issues.
• Monitor the health of applications/databases and ensure performance according to specifications.
• Develop custom reports using industry-standard Business Intelligence tools.
