About The Position

This role is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced IT professional to support critical enterprise systems and ensure operational excellence across complex technology environments. The Systems Analyst Principal will be responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and optimizing mission-critical applications, with a focus on warehouse and asset management systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and database teams—to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance. This position combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic problem-solving, including troubleshooting, configuration management, and system integration. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field (or 12+ years of relevant experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in IT system administration, application management, or systems analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems, server-based applications, and patching/troubleshooting processes
  • Proficiency in at least four of the following: SSRS, PL/SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, Power BI, XML/HTML/CSS/JavaScript, C# .NET, WebLogic
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience working independently in distributed or hybrid team environments
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and provide strategic solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with warehouse and asset management systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth analysis, technical support, and problem resolution for critical enterprise applications
  • Maintain system integrity by performing updates, patches, testing, and operational integration
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Diagnose and resolve system incidents, performance issues, and configuration errors
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and database teams to maintain operations and mitigate vulnerabilities
  • Design and support integrations with other enterprise systems, including data mapping, code development, and data transformation
  • Document technical requirements, user stories, system specifications, and training materials
  • Identify automation opportunities and implement scripts or workflows to improve repetitive processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends
