This position will lead This position will provide experienced financial analyst and business case analysis support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Requirements
- Must be a US citizen or a legal resident for three of the past five years.
- Must meet eligibility requirements for a US Public Trust security clearance (moderate risk), including a soft credit check and criminal background check.
- The position requires 5+ equivalent years of experience in government business, or analysis.
- Specific experience with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- High level of proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project and other MS Office Products.
- Strong analytical background and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- A Master’s degree or Ph.D. may count for additional years of experience.
- Master’s degree a plus.
- Knowledge of FAA NAS systems, investment analysis, solution development & implementation
- Experience managing client relationships
Responsibilities
- Variety of client-facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions
- Supply Chain and Network Operations (SCNO)
- Define and implement enterprise, customer and operating model strategies, while measuring operation performance
- Advise clients on leading practices, standardized procedures; make recommendations as efficiencies are identified
- Build models, policies, practices, and procedures for complex value chains
- Help clients innovate and transform their current business models and customer experiences by leveraging advanced analytics, digital, and cognitive technologies
- Manage workstreams on large-scale projects in a collaborative environment with client
