The Systems Analyst II (Identity/Security Governance) will be responsible for assisting in defining the project scope, and managing the defined scope. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

  • Defines the functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of a system serves as a business subject matter expert, and act as a liaison between the business and IT.
  • Provides the link between the technical and the business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
  • Leads system requirements definition, design, testing, training, and implementation support.
  • Applies the use of tools to define requirements and documentation.
  • Provides analysis of efficiencies related to system enhancements/automation.
  • Works with IT learning organization to assist in the development of system training documentation and provides training to end users.
  • Assists with developing use cases.
  • Responsible for supporting enterprise commercial software such as SailPoint, Archer, and TabFusion.
  • Front-line support for application issues; manages tickets assigned to a team.
  • Works with the customer to gather requirements for issues or new features, creates user stories.
  • Maintains repository for requirements, develops test cases/scripts for testing, performs manual and automated testing, and helps with User Acceptance Testing.
  • Performs validation of production changes; assists with application password changes, and application patch checkout.
  • Works closely with the leadership, Product Owner, Product Manager, and Agile Teams to create, manage and maintain user stories in Jira; Performs system demos.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a variety of documentation: application, technical, business, audit, standard operating procedures, desk operating procedures, team, and other documentation.
  • Successfully supports audits and on-call.
  • Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and minimum of 1 year related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • This position is part of our NGS (National Government Services) division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants meet the residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years.
  • SailPoint, RSA Archer, or TabFusion software experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Agile Framework, Jira, test automation tools (LeapWork, Selenium), Excel, and PowerPoint is strongly preferred.
