Leveraging expertise in clinical operations, the analyst will drive the development, optimization, and support of clinical systems. This includes gathering specifications, configuring and testing systems, making modifications, activating new features, and providing ongoing support. Working closely with end users-physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders-the analyst will gather insights, define requirements, and conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. The analyst will lead efforts to assess application effectiveness and ensure optimal usage to support the organization's evolving needs. As a technical and operational resource, this position provides essential support and guidance to management, supervisors, and staff across the hospital, helping to achieve key goals related to systems development and utilization. Additionally, the analyst mentors junior team members in informatics and system implementation. This role may require campus-to-campus travel and includes Tier 3 support, as well as participation in on-call support rotations.
