You will work closely with lab customers to analyze workflows, and department needs; determining the application’s capabilities and working collaboratively with customers to establish best practices and implement solutions. You will also assess and prioritize break/fix issues, aiming to establish long-term scalable and sustainable solutions. The Beaker analyst should be able to thoroughly analyze and test all resolutions and communicate updates with customers. The Beaker analyst will also participate in routine system maintenance and quarterly upgrades, and will be responsible for reviewing upgrade notes, participating in build tasks, reviewing and updating test scripts as well as documentation and knowledge article creation. The Beaker analyst will participate in optimization projects, helping to establish scope of work and adhering to timelines. You will also share on call responsibility and facilitating workgroup meetings with the Beaker team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with lab workflows and have completed Beaker CP certification. The candidate should be familiar with security, reporting and results review processes. Experience with ancillary lab applications or integrations, such as RALS, Data Innovations, Blood Bank, reference lab interfaces or pathology experience are strongly recommended.
