We’re seeking a Systems Analyst & Developer to join our team! This role will work closely with teams across the organization to strengthen and evolve the systems that support our daily operations. As a Systems Analyst & Developer, you will play a central role in designing, optimizing, and supporting our JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne ecosystem and its integrated applications. Requirements

  • Support and enhance end-to-end Production processes within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, including Manufacturing, Inventory, Shop Floor, Work Orders, and related modules.
  • Serve as the functional and technical owner of JDE Production solutions, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and alignment with business needs.
  • Design, develop, and modify JDE E1 objects using the standard toolset, including Form Design Aid (FDA), Report Design Aid (RDA), Table Design Aid (TDA), Named Event Rules (NER), C Business Functions (BSFN), Table Conversions (TC), and BI Publisher.
  • Manage technical components of the JDE environment, including Object Management Workbench (OMW) administration, Object Configuration Manager (OCM) setups, path code and environment management, and package builds and deployments.
  • Oversee all JDE system changes—break-fix, enhancements, and configuration updates—ensuring alignment with established change-management standards.
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to understand workflows and translate them into effective JDE solutions.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide guidance on JDE best practices, system capabilities, and process optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve data accuracy through better use of JDE functionality.
  • Increase adoption of JDE features such as Orchestrator, workflows, automated notifications, and integrated reporting.
  • Analyze operational data and system usage to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop detailed business requirements, functional designs, and process documentation for JDE enhancements and integrations.
  • Create functional specifications for customizations, orchestrations, and enhancements as needed.
  • Perform unit testing in JDE, coordinate user acceptance testing, and support go-live activities.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to maintain system reliability and performance.
  • Manage multiple JDE-related projects simultaneously, coordinating across departments and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for JDE Production and related modules, guiding teams through system capabilities and best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions to elevate user proficiency across JDE modules and integrated tools.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience, with strong functional knowledge in: Manufacturing - (Work Orders, Routings, Bills of Material, Shop Floor) Distribution - (Inventory, Procurement, Sales Order Management) Finance - (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable) Reporting - (UBE, Data Structures, Table Relationships)
  • Strong understanding of ERP concepts, data structures, integrations, and cross-functional dependencies within JDE.
  • Working knowledge of CNC concepts and how they impact system performance, stability, and configuration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • High curiosity and strong listening skills, with a genuine desire to understand business operations and improve system usage.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex challenges, evaluate data, and identify effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with JDE Orchestrator is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ReportsNow, Salesforce, and Power BI is highly valued.
