About The Position

The Systems Analyst, Customer Operations builds the internal tools and dashboards that power RADAR’s Deployment Management System and streamline Customer Operations. You will design and deliver low-code solutions, API integrations, and data-driven dashboards that improve internal workflows, enhance stakeholder visibility, and strengthen customer-facing communications. Working closely with Operations, Deployment, Support, and Engineering, you’ll bridge operational needs with technical execution to create scalable, efficient solutions that drive better decision-making and faster deployments.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of hands-on experience building internal tools, workflow automations, or operational dashboards (in low-code or traditional environments).
  • You have proficiency in JavaScript and SQL for building and customizing internal tools.
  • You have hands-on experience with low-code platforms (Retool preferred) and API integrations.
  • You have strong understanding of API lifecycle management — authentication, rate limits, versioning, and error handling.
  • You have ability to work with REST APIs and connect to data sources (SQL; familiarity with Redis is a plus).
  • You have strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • You are an analytical thinker with the ability to translate operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.
  • You have strong communication and documentation skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • You have familiarity with React.js and Next.js for front-end customization.
  • You have exposure to cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • You have working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
  • You have a background in retail operations, deployment workflows, or customer support systems.
  • You have experience with process improvement frameworks (Lean/Six Sigma) or similar.
