This role will focus on ensuring the effective integration and optimization of our systems to enhance operational efficiency, support commercial growth, and deliver exceptional experiences to our franchise partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with hotel management software, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Job Description Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders, including Commercial and Franchise teams, to understand system requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Conduct thorough analysis of current systems and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders to ensure that systems meet business needs. System Design & Implementation: Assist in the design and implementation of Commercial and Franchise applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Work with vendors and third-party solution providers to ensure the timely delivery of application enhancements, updates, and fixes. Create and maintain detailed documentation of system processes, workflows, and configurations. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide tier-2 and tier-3 support for Commercial and Franchise applications, troubleshooting issues and working with technical teams to resolve problems. Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring that issues are addressed in a timely manner and according to business priorities. System Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans for new features, system updates, and third-party integrations to ensure all applications meet quality standards. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from end-users to confirm system functionality and usability. Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to end-users, ensuring effective use of Commercial and Franchise applications. Maintain clear and concise system documentation, including user manuals, training guides, and FAQs. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve systems and processes. Identify and recommend system upgrades or process improvements that align with business goals and objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Experience with hotel management software, CRM systems, and franchise management applications. Strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and creating technical documentation. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus. Knowledge of system integration and APIs is a plus. Champion a culture of shared ownership and constant organizational evolution. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud-based applications, SaaS solutions, or enterprise systems. Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS), central reservation systems (CRS), and revenue management systems (RMS). Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment. Base pay offer may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific/overall experience.
