Requirements

  • Strong familiarity with Systems Development Lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to take initiative to move daily work forward.
  • Ability to use sound judgment in completing tasks and to seek guidance when needed.
  • Creative problem-solving ability.
  • Commitment to exceptional client service.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of tools used by the client such as Microsoft TFS/MTM, ADO, and Visual Studio.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for defining and prioritizing the business needs of the agency health and human services enterprise systems.
  • Review and track gaps between business processes, technical requirements, government compliance, or user experience for overall system functionality.
  • Provide insight into the project and contractor methods of doing business by reviewing process and product activities for adherence to standards and plans.
  • Design information systems solutions to help the organization operate more efficiently and effectively.
  • Facilitate software development lifecycle activities.
  • Conduct Requirements Gathering Sessions.
  • Create artifacts relative to project initiatives.
  • Contribute to work plans and other deliverables.
  • Partner with QA to develop User Acceptance Testing.
  • Communicate business challenges to stakeholders and assist in developing solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining procedures by applying IT best practices.
  • Update and create training and learning management system documentation.
