This is a System Engineering position in Healthcare IT. The role involves partnering with the System Engineering team and Cyber analysts to implement and maintain several new and existing server infrastructure and security tools. The Systems Engineer will provide guidance on policies and manage existing tools, remediate vulnerability findings, and adhere to security best practices. Additionally, the engineer will maintain existing systems and assist with new server builds. Responsibilities include the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of healthcare information systems, collaborating with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to understand system requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to end-users. The engineer ensures that systems are functional, secure, and compliant with all relevant industry standards and regulations. As a critical partner in Cyber Security, the engineer plays a vital role in protecting sensitive patient data and healthcare systems from cyber threats, ensuring regulatory compliance, patient safety, and operational stability against rising threats. Outstanding attention to detail, documentation, communication, and dedication to customer service are essential.
