About The Position

The Opportunity: • CACI is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team in Fort Meade, MD. This position under general supervision, assists users with government databases, software, and systems. You will also support the Tier I and Tier II level help desk to perform first contact resolution of Help Desk calls/tickets that relate to software issues. Candidates will be required to work an 8-hour shift from the Fort Meade location during core hours of 6:00am – 4:00pm. _________________________________________________________________________ What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position. Requirements

Active clearance: TS/SCI with Poly
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred in a technical discipline)
US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
IAT Level I (A+-CE, Network+CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security)
Prior Systems Administrator experience (2+ years)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

IAT Level I and IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+CE)
Prior Systems Administrator experience (5+ years)
Prior Help Desk experience (1-2 years).
