About The Position

Information Technology is an integral component of Innove, Inc.’s administrative operations. The Systems Administrator will be part of a collaborative IT team responsible for supporting and maintaining all company Information Technology functions. This role ensures reliable technology performance, user support, system security, and continuous improvement of IT services across the organization.   Essential Functions: Hardware Support: 1. PC provisioning (Windows 10 and Windows 11) 2. Troubleshooting / Maintenance of: Computers / Tablets / Mobile Devices Printers and Scanners Phone and Conference Room / AV Equipment WiFi equipment IOT devices 3. Asset Management Software Support: 1. Microsoft 365 suite, SharePoint, PowerBI, and related applications 2. License Management 3. Enterprise DNS configuration End User Support / Security: 1. User Setup New user account and computer set up (Active Directory/Microsoft 365/Permissions) VPN Configuration 2. Enterprise EDR/EDX software administration 3. IT’s role in employee onboarding and offboarding 4. Software support for physical access control systems and camera systems Troubleshooting and maintenance of corporate network – Cisco Meraki and Palo Alto Data center server maintenance and basic trouble shooting Implement technologies that improve/help the business and conform to IT best practices Assist in identifying and support opportunities to improve the business and conform to IT best practices Support backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures Maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, and changes Provide end-to-end support to users, manage ticket/problem queue in a timely manner Provide remote support for international locations as needed Document and maintain user profiles, IT process maps, and other IT procedures Other job responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to ensure accuracy during business hours and occasional off-hour maintenance and support
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Always looking for the next advancements that will improve the efficiency and stability of the operation
  • Microsoft 365 Suite
  • Windows server support
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems or similar field preferred
  • 3+ years of related experience required
