How a Systems Administrator Will Make an Impact: Provide technical support of Windows server systems, performing Tier II and Tier III administration, troubleshooting, and root-cause-analysis activities Perform system administration duties and function Monitor, manage, and maintain pre-production and production environments, and respond to system alerts Respond to assigned tasks, incidents, and service requests Plan, design, and deploy vendor and security-related patches, updates/upgrades, and hotfixes as assigned Conduct monthly vulnerability scans and assessments of servers, and address findings and mitigations Monitor logs for suspicious activity on the servers and take appropriate action Ensure the security posture of the servers remain in compliance

  • Provide technical support of Windows server systems, performing Tier II and Tier III administration, troubleshooting, and root-cause-analysis activities

  • Ensure the security posture of the servers remain in compliance
  • Education: BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related technology field. Experience may be substituted for education.
  • Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ related technical experience to include the following:
  • Windows System Administration Skills (Microsoft Windows 2012, 2016, and 2022 desired)
  • Application installation, support, testing, and troubleshooting skills
  • Active Directory and Group Policy Objects
  • PowerShell Scripting
  • Vulnerability Management
  • Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret
  • US Citizenship Required: Yes
