This position is responsible for the installation, performance, testing, integrity and security of the system hardware and software. The position’s accountabilities include, but are not limited to, maintain system by identifying system requirements and solving issues that arise; training on system and solutions; securing the information and system; updating the configuration to support the company’s strategic plan and business requirements; supporting end users; and addressing senior leadership’s concerns and requests; communicating resolutions; creating and maintaining reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will be able to function effectively with limited oversight and moderate on-site training and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
