The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliability of our systems and networks. This role involves troubleshooting issues, monitoring system performance, and implementing upgrades to increase efficiency and security. As our organization continues to scale, we need a proactive individual who can collaborate with other IT professionals and stakeholders to define system requirements, develop policies, and enhance our operational infrastructure. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in systems administration or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX) and server applications.
Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and network security.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes.
Ensure data integrity and security through regular backups and updates.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in compliance with company policies.
Document system configurations, procedures, and maintenance records for future reference.
Collaborate with IT teams to plan and implement network upgrades and expansions.
Provide technical support and training to users on system and applications issues.
