About The Position

EarthCam is seeking a highly capable Systems Administrator to support and maintain our corporate IT environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of systems supporting internal operations and business-critical platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, and SharePoint Online, and is comfortable owning infrastructure operations end-to-end.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems Administrator in a corporate or enterprise environment
  • Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and performance optimization
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, security and compliance)
  • Strong working knowledge of Azure Entra ID / Active Directory in hybrid environments
  • Experience administering SharePoint Online and supporting intranet functionality
  • PowerShell scripting and automation experience
  • Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with Intune, endpoint management, and Microsoft ecosystem services

Nice To Haves

  • Linux administration experience in mixed environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments, including patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Manage Azure Entra ID / Active Directory in hybrid environments, including identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and access controls
  • Oversee Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, security policies, and compliance configurations
  • Administer and enhance SharePoint Online, including site collections, permissions, governance, and intranet functionality
  • Plan and execute file migration initiatives using tools such as ShareGate or equivalent
  • Monitor infrastructure health and system performance; proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex infrastructure and systems issues
  • Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams on security initiatives, system upgrades, and process improvements
