Full Spectrum Operations LLC (FSO) is seeking a Systems Administrator to support the Regional Network Enterprise Center (RNEC) at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, and the Local Network Enterprise Center (LNEC) at Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia. This role involves providing comprehensive support for both classified and unclassified communication systems. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for site management, infrastructure operation and maintenance, and customer service related to telecommunications systems. The position requires on-site work during core duty hours from 0700 to 1700, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays, with an 8-hour workday expected. The Systems Administrator will perform a variety of tasks including systems management of customer telecommunications systems, upgrades, and system-wide infrastructure changes. This includes planning and integrating new technologies, supporting systems management tasks such as software configuration and distribution, and maintaining system components with approved enhancements and upgrades. The role also involves supporting legacy, current, and future systems at various lifecycle stages, performing Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) patches, conducting security checklists, and monitoring system logs for abnormal events. Additionally, the administrator will provide local touch labor for troubleshooting and repairs, draft and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) documents, and perform daily service validations in accordance with customer procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in systems administration, particularly with Microsoft server requirements, and will have experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Products. Effective communication skills are essential for interfacing with senior military officials and other stakeholders. This position requires a Secret security clearance and a foundational personnel certification in cybersecurity or systems administration.
