About The Position

BigBear.ai (BBAI) is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team in Hanover, MD. In this role, you will assist users with government databases, software, and systems under general supervision. You will also support Tier I and Tier II level help desk operations, performing first-contact resolution of Help Desk calls and tickets related to software issues. As part of the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Help Desk team, you will play a critical role in issuing and maintaining RSA, SIPR, and NIPR tokens.

Requirements

  • Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph (required).
  • Experience: Three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with scripting using various scripting languages.
  • Experience maintaining logs and using a ticketing system to accurately track workload and task status.
  • Expertise with Windows Operating Systems.
  • Ability to adhere to established processes and procedures and update SOPs as required.
  • Strong organizational and management skills, including the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet task deadlines.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree, for a total of seven (7) years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic troubleshooting for RSA Token requests.
  • Gather information regarding RSA Token problems for escalation to the next level.
  • Maintain, distribute, and process returns of RSA tokens from users at each distribution site.
  • Interact effectively, courteously, and directly with technical teams to accurately report technical issues.
  • Read, write, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
  • Produce and/or contribute to IT knowledge articles.
