Build, configure and maintain virtual machines, servers, and storage solutions. Assist in training employees. Provide diagnostics and technical resolution for any local or remote assets. Troubleshoot and resolve trouble tickets with BMC Remedy and ServiceNow. Provide outstanding service by interacting directly with customers seeking resolution. Communicate issues and recommendations back to leadership in a clear and concise manner. Document work to share with Storage and Virtualization team. Information about the position: This position is onsite. The primary shift for this position is Sunday - Thursday 1530 – 0000; however, this is a 24/7/365 mission and people to work on Day, Swing, and Mid shift are needed. Rotating shift may be required. If a temporary schedule change is required to support operations, you will be provided with as much notice as the situation allows. Certification requirements are subject to change at the government's direction. If this occurs you will have 120 days to become compliant
