About The Position

WWT seeks an experienced Microsoft M365 Systems Administrator to join our Infrastructure and Operations Collaboration and Productivity team. In this position, you'll be responsible for managing and providing support within our dynamic and multifaceted Infrastructure and Operations framework.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Administrator, with a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and solutions.
  • Skilled in the administration and support of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Teams, SQL Server, SharePoint, Office 365, Power Platform, PowerShell, and Azure platforms.
  • Have worked with or had exposure to a variety of Automation platforms for example Ansible, Claude, Power Automate, etc.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow as a ticketing system.
  • In-depth understanding of network protocols and services like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and their application within Microsoft infrastructures.
  • Adept at creating and deploying substantial security frameworks for environments based on Microsoft technologies.
  • Possesses excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities, capable of identifying and fixing intricate technical problems.
  • Outstanding communication and social skills, ensuring strong connections with both customers and providing timely updates to senior leadership.
  • Skilled in managing and contributing to multiple critical projects that garner the interest of senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced-level support for Microsoft-based technologies, including but not limited to Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Teams, SQL Server, SharePoint, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and technical needs to appropriate solutions.
  • Architect, implement and maintain solutions that optimize performance, scalability, and security of our environments.
  • Be an integral team member in troubleshooting and resolving complex cloud, server, and network-related issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Perform advanced system maintenance tasks, including patch management, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Implement, maintain, and enforce security measures to protect on‑premises and cloud technology environments.
  • Lead and participate in IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, assisting in their professional development.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
