About The Position

Provides expert support with Agency's information systems and resources including enhancement, maintenance, monitoring, and assessment of systems and procedures. Responsible for the daily operations of information systems and applications support. Provides end-user system support developed within the Agency and selected partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from a four-year college or technical school in the field of Computer Science.
• 3 years of work experience in system administration, network administration, database administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Enhance, maintain, monitor, and assess information systems and procedures.
• Manage daily operations of information systems and applications support.
• Provide end-user system support for systems developed within the Agency and selected partners.
