About The Position
The position involves leading the patch application process for evaluation of patches periodically for the NCRC systems including IDE, EES, and ARMS. The individual will coordinate with the Range Modernization IAVA to support vendor and security patch investigation, download, and analysis to determine applicability to an NCRC system. Once patches are identified as applicable, the individual will work with other Range Modernization technical leads to coordinate and schedule ARMS subsystem access for patch deployment and testing. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with the Range Modernization Release Manager to include patches into upcoming associated baseline releases and alerting relevant teams about required patches for their respective ARMS subsystems. The individual will also lead the deployment and installation of ARMSB release updates, identify and implement patching-related process improvements, and administer ARMS Administration services, including access management and authentication systems.
