The Systems Administrator II position is a critical role within the IT Infrastructure division, focusing on resolving complex technical issues that have been escalated from Level 1 support. This role requires extensive experience and technical knowledge to troubleshoot and support IT services effectively. The Systems Administrator II will also be responsible for training Level 1 technicians, maintaining system capabilities, and providing both onsite and remote support to end users.
