About The Position
A Systems Administrator participates in the design, implementation, configuration, and support of Citrix technologies at an enterprise level. In this role, they will be primarily responsible for managing, maintaining, and monitoring Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Application Delivery Controller (ADC), Citrix Workspace App, Citrix Cloud technologies and Dell Hardware. This individual will need to resolve incidents and outage situations that may impact the services for institution in a timely manner and give detailed updates during prolonged events. This position will support Citrix technologies used by the UI Community Connect program, which extends our Epic applications to regional hospitals and clinics. This position is eligible to participate in remote work. Remote work MUST be performed at a location within the state of Iowa. Successful candidates who participate in remote work must comply with requirements of the remote work program and related policies.
