About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience in technology, business, healthcare, finance, computer science, or engineering, with a minimum of 2 years focused on support, configuration, or implementation of an integrated system.
  • High school diploma and 7 years' experience focused on support, configuration, or implementation of CRM systems such as Blackbaud or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work in multiple system environments and applications.
  • Proficient in the use of project efficiency tools.
  • Direct hands-on experience with ad hoc query programs, automated testing tools, and reporting software.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage projects of medium complexity impacting multiple systems or departments.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain the Blackbaud CRM system, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Systems Administrator on system management tasks including access, data integrity, maintenance, testing, and auditing.
  • Integrate Blackbaud CRM with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Oversee data integrity within Blackbaud CRM, including data import, export, cleanup, and deduplication processes.
  • Design and implement a structured training program for users in Blackbaud CRM, including creating training materials and conducting sessions.
  • Provide expert-level support to CRM users and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Perform regular system updates under the guidance of the Senior Systems Administrator.
  • Take ownership of smaller projects as assigned, with support from the Senior Systems Administrator.
