About The Position

The position is focused on maintaining and enhancing the Blackbaud CRM system, which is essential for fundraising efforts at Mayo Clinic. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience in technology, business, healthcare, finance, computer science, or engineering with a minimum of 2 years' experience in support, configuration, or implementation of an integrated system, automation, or other technology-related field.
• High school diploma and 7 years' experience focused on support, configuration, or implementation of CRM systems such as Blackbaud or similar platforms.
• Ability to work in multiple system environments and applications.
• Proficient in the use of project efficiency tools.
• Direct hands-on experience with ad hoc query programs, automated testing tools, and reporting software.
• Proven ability to successfully manage projects of medium complexity impacting multiple systems or departments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience with Blackbaud CRM or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Blackbaud CRM system for fundraising efforts.
• Collaborate with IT staff, vendors, consultants, and various stakeholders as a liaison to systems and internal data.
• Support and maintain the Blackbaud CRM system, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
• Partner with the IT Team to develop and implement customizations in the CRM.
• Oversee data integrity within Blackbaud CRM, including data import, export, cleanup, and deduplication processes.
• Design and implement a structured training program for users in Blackbaud CRM.
• Provide expert-level support to CRM users, fostering a culture of continuous learning and system proficiency.
• Perform regular system updates under the guidance of the Senior Systems Administrator.
• Take ownership of smaller projects as assigned.
