About The Position
The Systems Administration Specialist at ISYS Solutions Inc. is responsible for managing and maintaining the Microsoft technology stack for a hybrid workforce. This includes overseeing services such as O365, Entra ID, Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and Defender. The role also involves maintaining the UCaaS environment, providing level 2 desktop support, and assisting with network infrastructure support. The specialist will work closely with the Director of IT and Infrastructure to ensure security policies are upheld and to enhance the technological resources that support the company's operations.
