About The Position

We’re looking for a contract IT Support Specialist/ Jr Systems Administrator to help keep our employees productive and secure. You’ll work with a fun, collaborative, and mission-driven team supporting a modern, cloud-first tech stack. You’ll also get hands-on experience with cutting-edge enterprise AI tooling as our client actively adopts and rolls out AI platforms across the organization. ● Provision and deprovision user access across 20+ SaaS and developer platforms as part of onboarding, offboarding, and ad-hoc access requests. ● Provide technical support to end users/employees and contractors, handling ticket triage and resolution with appropriate escalation. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth IT operations and support workflows. ● Support identity and access management including OneLogin SSO app configurations, Google Groups/distribution lists, and Slack channel management. ● Support MDM and device management tasks in JAMF and Intune as needed. ● Improve IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and support processes.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of IT support experience (helpdesk, desktop support, systems administration or similar) in a fast-paced environment (startup, MSP).
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, especially in remote environments.
  • Experience provisioning users across multiple SaaS platforms and have a solid understanding of RBAC - our stack includes Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, GitHub, Atlassian, and OneLogin among others.
  • Comfortable using ticketing systems like JIRA or similar.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and follow detailed instructions.
