About The Position
The Systems Accounting Specialist will serve as the primary liaison for the Regions/Offices Accounting/Finance team during system conversions, particularly focusing on the Applied Epic and Vertafore AMS360/BenefitPoint systems. This role involves guiding data mapping, agency management setup, and training agency accounting staff. The specialist will also provide post-conversion support and develop standard accounting training and workflow documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
