About The Position
The System VP of Children's Physician Services provides strategic leadership to the Children's service line at the system level in partnership with the system administrative lead as part of a dyad. The system service line leader will be responsible for: strategy development and local entity strategy support, service line growth planning, strategic coordination of MD hiring, program prioritization, technology assessment, opportunity development, coordination of system marketing efforts, market share data assessment and new market development, assessment of local entity performance against annual goals. This role will focus on ensuring exceptional administrative efficiency, financial performance, regulatory compliance, patient-centered processes, and continuous quality improvement across the Children's care continuum. This leader ensures strict adherence to established policies and procedures, ensuring the entity's conduct aligns with the highest standards dictated by applicable laws, regulations, sound business practices, and our Code of Conduct.
