The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$254,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in coding, developing test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging.
  • 5 years of experience in people management.
  • Experience with testing and Continuous Integration(CI)/Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CD) principles.

Nice To Haves

  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, C++, Java).
  • 5 years of experience with distributed systems.
  • Experience with compute technologies.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute comprehensive system test strategies that validate full functionality of Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) airgap system.
  • Plan OKRs, align them with the organizational strategy.
  • Take responsibility in team execution, drive validation, automation efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team members.
  • Maintain a healthy team culture that fosters growth and learning.
