About The Position

Providing Subject Matter Expertise recommendations on testing requirements Performing system level software testing to accurately validate operational readiness Translating user requirements into tasks to execute as a member of the test team Performing document reviews for technical accuracy Identifying basic test and evaluation methodologies for new systems and system updates Generating T-E planning, execution, and reporting documentation #LI-LL1

Requirements

  • Must possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of Navy Shipboard Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) system operations, or equivalent experience is required
  • Shipboard systems may include, but are not limited to: Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Increment E/F Integrated Submarine Communications Receiving System (ISCRS) Cryptologic Carry-On Program (CCOP) systems
  • Must be able to perform work within equipment spaces onboard US Navy platforms
  • Strong writing and speaking skills; experience leading and working in a diverse group of coworkers and community of interest
  • Ability to follow configuration documentation and procedures is required
  • Work independently but collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide consulting and control design recommendations to reduce risk
  • Security+ or equivalent within six months of hire

Nice To Haves

  • SSEE Increment F NEC C21A
  • Completion of TST 102 Fundamentals of Test and Evaluation and TST 1100 Intro to Systems Engineering for Testers
  • Demonstrated experience with best test practices, including formal, requirements-based testing
