About The Position

As a Systems Test & Integration engineer for the Air and Missile Defense Radar (AMDR) Program, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for developing and integrating software, firmware, and hardware for the AN/SPY-6 Radar. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: System test experience, coding skills, and good communication skills.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
  • Also requires one year of experience, or a Master's degree.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Understanding of engineering concepts, principles, and theories
  • Working knowledge of system test strategies, procedures, and debugging skills
  • Solid skills in communicating issues, impacts, and corrective actions
  • Solid verbal and written communications
  • Collaborative team player
  • Shows initiative on assignments, exercises independent judgment and professionally executes projects with little direction

  • C/C++ experience
  • Knowledge of automation
  • Familiarity with RTI DDS and QOS settings and configuration
  • Familiarity with MATLAB and/or NumPy
