About The Position

As a Test & Integration engineer for the Air and Missile Defense Radar (AMDR) Program, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for developing and integrating software, firmware, and hardware for the AN/SPY-6 Radar. We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: System test experience, coding skills, and good communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
• 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree.
• Experience doing testing and coding with Python.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at time of hire.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Nice To Haves

• Agile experience.
• Understanding of engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
• Working knowledge of system test strategies, procedures, and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with Linux and Linux Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with Networking tools (e.g., Wireshark).
• Software Design & Implementation experience.
• C/C++ experience.
• Knowledge of automation.
• Familiarity with RTI DDS and QOS settings and configuration.
• Familiarity with MATLAB and/or NumPy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate software, firmware, and hardware for the AN/SPY-6 Radar.
• Execute tests on a complex system.
• Develop test scripts using Python.
• Communicate issues, impacts, and corrective actions effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and show initiative on assignments.
