The Systems Support Technician - Consultant is responsible to coordinate, implement, support, maintain and troubleshoot computers, networks, and other devices. Consultant-level professional experienced in all aspect of system support and technology. Encompasses full knowledge required within the support specialty area. Functions independently with minimal oversight and direction. Instructs and guides other technical professionals. Acts as a technical expert to instruct and guide other professionals.
