The University of New Orleans is seeking a candidate for the position in the Technology Quality Testing department. The role involves leading the design and execution of test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications. The candidate will analyze business requirements to develop test cases and identify test data, while also leading a team of test analysts in creating test cases for system software, executing test scripts, documenting proof of testing, and reporting test results in the Project Management software tool JIRA. The position requires participation in end-to-end and user acceptance testing, troubleshooting software failures, and maintaining team testing assignments and quality reviews. The candidate will also be responsible for training new testers and performing other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the project.
