Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a full-time experienced engineer to support Fighter System Safety engineering. The candidate will develop and maintain System Safety engineering requirements definition. Researches, plans, and analyzes hardware and software designs for impacts to system safety. Performs safety risk assessments and recommend mitigation actions to acceptable levels in coordination with Airworthiness and Chief Engineer. Assures safe maintenance and operation of products. Analyzes modifications for effect on system safety. Maintains system safety assessment data and metrics.
