Noblis ESI is seeking a System Program Office (SPO) Systems Engineering and Integration Team (SEIT) Systems Engineer to support our government client in Chantilly, Virginia. This individual will serve on the Noblis ESI Systems Engineering and Integration Team providing support to a major space system acquisition program. Responsibilities include providing Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) to the PM/COTR, supporting the Team Lead and PM in the execution of system engineering process activities, and providing technical analysis and feedback in support of program major milestone activities. The role also involves oversight of developer's system implementation, management of program-level SEIT plans and processes, and technical baseline management of developmental systems.

  • Provide Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) to the PM/COTR.
  • Support the Team Lead and PM in the execution of system engineering process activities.
  • Provide technical analysis and feedback in support of program major milestone activities.
  • Support the Team Lead in the oversight of developer's system implementation.
  • Manage and execute program-level SEIT plans and processes.
  • Conduct technical baseline management of developmental systems and program requirements.
  • Active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph clearance.
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (BSTEM).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in space system development.
  • Familiarity with spacecraft subsystem and system implementation, integration, and test activities.
  • Knowledge of Verification and Validation (V&V) processes across space and ground system segments.
  • Experience supporting acquisition and system engineering processes for major IC or DOD acquisition programs.
  • Ability to travel (less than 25%).
  • Master's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (BSTEM).
  • Minimum of 15 years of space system development experience.
  • Experience generating and tracking Technical Performance Measures.
  • Experience developing test cases that trace from segment requirements.
  • Understanding of DoD and IC space operations tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Advanced skills in writing and editing technical documentation.
